The day you received your purchased product you can return the product within 14 business days under these following circumstances:

1. The received product is damaged 
2. Incorrect product
3. Other (explain)

We decline the refund when:

1. the product is not in his original condition, which includes tags and any packaging (when manufactored)
2. the product is damged due to your mishandling 

During this whole process, we will keep you informed:

• when we received the returned product
• when we inspected it
• if we decline or accept the refund

We will use the same payment method, which you purchased the product, to refund the money .
